I’m Sawan Kumar. I help real estate agents, small businesses, and professionals in Dubai use AI tools and marketing automation to get more clients and close more deals. No theory. No fluff. Just the stuff that actually works when you sit down and do it.

I run sawankr.com, where I sell online courses on AI, GoHighLevel, Canva, Shopify, and real estate marketing. I also consult one-on-one with businesses that want to set up their automation systems properly the first time.

  • GoHighLevel: Trained 500+ professionals on building funnels, CRM pipelines, AI chatbots, and full business automation inside GHL. I use it daily for my own business and for clients.
  • Canva: Trained 300+ students on creating professional marketing materials, social media graphics, and real estate flyers. From zero design skills to producing client-ready work.
  • AI Tools: I work with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and dozens of AI platforms to build real workflows — lead follow-up sequences, content systems, voice agents, and customer support bots.

Why This Blog Exists

I started this blog because I kept answering the same questions over and over — from students, from clients, from people who DM me on YouTube. Questions like “Which AI tool should I use for my business?” or “How do I set up GoHighLevel for real estate?” or “Can you teach me Canva for marketing?”

So I built blog.sawankr.com as a free resource. Every article here comes from something I’ve actually done, tested, or taught in my courses. If it’s on this blog, I’ve used it in the real world first.

My Background

I didn’t start in tech. I started in recruitment and sales, working directly with businesses in Dubai. That ground-level experience taught me what companies actually need — not what looks good in a pitch deck, but what moves the needle on revenue.

Over time, I moved into digital marketing, then SaaS, then AI. Each step built on the last. Today I combine all of it: I understand sales because I’ve sold. I understand marketing because I’ve run campaigns. I understand automation because I’ve built the systems myself.

I’ve published 1,000+ videos on my YouTube channel @itzsawank, trained 800+ students and professionals across my courses, and worked with businesses across Dubai’s real estate, e-commerce, and service industries.
