You give clients 2 options on every call. They pick zero. Every. Single. Time. This is called "decision paralysis" and it's silently killing your close rate. OR I can connect you with our mortgage specialist... OR send you the full brochure... ORβ€”" Client's brain: 🀯 [Too many choices β†’ Anxiety spikes β†’ Shuts down β†’ "I'll think about it"] Translation: "I'm overwhelmed. I'm leaving."
